The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, with guest cloakroom, also off the entrance hall is an open plan lounge/dining room with a working fireplace, leather sofas, coffee table, wall mounted LCD TV and DVD surround sound system, also with outside speakers.
Marble dining room table and 6 leather chairs. A modern fully fitted kitchen includes built in oven/microwave, touch control electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher and freestanding fridge and freezer, and is equipped to a high standard.
The first floor comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite with a multi jet shower, toilet and wash basin. Patio doors lead out onto a large veranda with table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views. 2 twin bedrooms (can be super king, your preference must be requested at the time of booking) share a good size family bathroom with a shower over bath. Bedroom 2 also has patio doors leading out onto its own veranda.
All bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TV’s and fitted wardrobes.
To the rear of the villa there is a built in barbeque with sink and fridge. The extensive tiled garden area provides you with partly shaded seating with wicker sofas for outdoor relaxation, a dining area which seats 6 people.
There is plenty of space for you to stretch out in the sun down by our inviting pool area, of course sun lounges and parasol are provided. For your convenience we have a toilet room with WC, hand basin and shower for use while you are by the pool. Please shower before entering the pool via the Roman steps. Children and non swimmers are to be supervised at all times in and around the pool area.
A welcome pack will be provided.
All linen and towels are provided except for the beach/swimming pool. Cot and high chair can be supplied for infants. The cost is £15 per week. This must be requested at time of booking. Cot linen is not supplied.
Please bring your own CD’s and DVD’s as these are not provided.
