The accommodation comprises of a large lounge / dining room with a working fireplace, TV / DVD surround sound system, leather sofas and marble dining table and 8 leather chairs. A fully fitted modern kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer, built in oven and microwave and touch control electric hob, dishwasher fridge freezer and is equipped to a high standard.
There is one bedroom downstairs with fitted wardrobes and twin beds with patio doors which lead to the garden with views of the pool.
There is also a bathroom downstairs with a toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite this has a multi jet shower, toilet and wash hand basin, this bedroom has its own veranda with table and chairs to enjoy views of the garden and pool.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with built wardrobes; the fourth bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobes. There is also a large veranda off the landing with a table and chairs to enjoy the views of the surrounding area.
Outside there is a large tiled patio area with a pergola, garden furniture and a built in barbecue and bar; there are sun lounges and parasols around the pool, the pool is 10 x 5 metres with a built in jacuzzi, the entrace to the pool is by Roman steps and as with all pools please take care that children and non swimmers are supervised at all times. There is an outside toilet and shower for your use while you are by the pool. The garden is landscaped with trees and plants providing privacy for a relaxing holiday.
All linen and towels are provided except for beach/pool towels. There is a cot and high chair available on request. |
